I decided to change my life and quit my main job to focus on creating macarons. Now, I not only find joy in my creativity but have significantly increased my income. This allows me to travel and share my passion for making macarons with others.
It all started five years ago when I only baked custom cakes and worked at my main job. I then decided to diversify my assortment by adding the increasingly popular dessert - macarons.
While taking on my first orders, I faced challenges such as exploding shells and leaking fillings, but, ultimately, through hard work, I achieved excellent results and satisfied customers.
Later, some of my clients and friends asked me to teach them how to make macarons. I already knew the entire preparation process well and understood that to teach, I must thoroughly understand the subject. My conscience would not allow me to instruct without knowing every detail of the process. After seeing my friends achieve wonderful results, I felt happy and decided to develop this project, creating a comprehensive course on making macarons.
Additionally, over these two years, I have consistently updated the course program and videos to ensure they contain accurate and up-to-date instructions. These are full-fledged video tutorials where everything unnecessary is trimmed. The advantage is that you can rewatch these videos as many times as needed until you master the art!
